Oh dear, where do I begin? First of all she likes to be called "Honey", not "Dear".
My favorite part of the day is coming home to Kris. She’s almost always happy and seems excited to see me. I love to see her smile and hear what she has to say. I also enjoy our morning “inspection” once she’s ready for the day. She’s so dang cute!
It’s true that I’ve gained a bit of weight since I married Kris. But it’s not my fault. She makes the best cookies and treats ever! She loves to make treats. In fact, as I write this, she’s threatening to make a batch of M&M cookies. If it’s been a rough day, all she has to do is bake, and that’s all it takes to turn things around. I’m sure that’s a skill that will be passed on to our kids.
Kris is great with kids. She has to be to work where she does! The preschool where she works is primarily for special needs. I went to last year’s preschool graduation at Kris’s school and I can tell she loves her job and I know the kids like her too. Even though she loves her work, she’ll love staying home with our kids even more. Being a mom is her highest goal and she can’t wait.
There is nothing more beautiful than her smile and laugh. She has a great sense of humor and keeps me smiling with her wit. She finds joy in the small things in life. That’s something I’d like to learn from her.
The time we’ve had together so far has been wonderful. Every day I fall in love even more. I couldn’t be happier than when I’m with Kris. It’s hard to describe. We’re best friends.
